  • Disable notifications

  • Export or remove your data (if enabled in your region)

If you delete your account, your personal and sobriety data will be permanently removed from our servers.

7. Children’s Privacy

Tally is not intended for children under 13 years old.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Not a Medical Service

Tally is a tool for tracking sobriety and habits for personal reflection and motivation.
It is not:

  • Professional medical advice

  • Mental health treatment

  • Addiction counseling

  • A substitute for emergency services

Welcome to Tally, a sobriety and habit-tracking application designed to help you stay mindful, motivated, and consistent. By downloading, accessing, or using Tally, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Purpose of the App

Tally is a personal-use tracking tool meant for reflection, encouragement, and self-improvement.
Tally does not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice. Any decisions regarding addiction treatment or mental health should be made with a qualified professional.

2. Eligibility

You must be 13 years or older to use Tally. If you are under the age of 18, you should use the app under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

3. Accounts & Security

When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Keep your login credentials secure

  • Use the app for personal, lawful purposes only

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Use of the App

You agree not to:

8. Subscriptions & Payments

If Tally offers premium features, the following applies:

  • All purchases are processed through the App Store

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled

  • Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

Tally is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous availability

  • Error-free performance

  • That the app will meet every personal goal you set

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tally is not liable for any decisions you make based on information inside the app.
